Why classes at AO are different
Our programming isn't random. We run real training cycles: endurance, hypertrophy, power, max strength… so you're actually building something over time. Classes hold 16 or 24 depending on the class, but form is always the focus.
If you like showing up, receiving coach feedback, and letting the program do the work- this is your lane.

Small Group Personal Training is true individualized coaching in a group of 6 or fewer- a coach watching every rep, real-time form feedback, record your lifts and personal records through our app, and programming built around your goals.
SGPT Founder Options:
Full Access (SGPT + Classes): $4,100 PIF (~$342/month) - saves $1,620
SGPT Only: $3,600 PIF (~$300/month) - saves $1,600
Same founder perks as Classes (founder meetup, first vote on schedule, 15% apparel, gift-a-class, renewal protection). Same 15-spot cap- shared across all options.
