Whatever membership YOU have, gift it to a friend for the month of June!

🤷🏼‍♀️: What: During all of June, you can pick one person to bring with you to AO. For free.

🔥 Details: As an AO member, you get to give away a class or SGPT membership to your bestie, neighbor, partner, etc. Basically whatever membership YOU have, THEY will receive the same.

Side Note: Can they start Mid or Late June? Sure! But it expires July 1… So make sure they take advantage of it while they can!

💃 Women’s Strength Series 

  • Starting Thursday June 5th, ending Thursday July 17th

  • Wed & Fri @1 PM

  • Build confidence and strength through progressive weight training tailored for all levels. This program focuses on proper form, movement patterns, and lifting fundamentals, ensuring that every participant develops stronger, more resilient muscles in a supportive, empowering environment.

🤰 Pre & Postnatal Strength

  • Starting Tuesday June 17th, ending Thursday July 24th

  • Tues & Thurs @9 AM

  • A safe, effective, and expert-led strength training program for expecting and postpartum moms. Workouts are specifically designed to support core stability, pelvic floor health, and overall strength, making movement feel better throughout pregnancy and recovery.
