That’s right, AO Members! Here are the details:

  • 📆 When: June. All of it. Starts June 1, ends June 30th.
    *No Extensions.

  • đź“Ť Where: Athletic Outcomes

  • 🤷🏼‍♀️: What: During all of June, you can pick one person to bring with you to AO. For free.

  • 🔥 Details: As an AO member, you get to give away a class or SGPT membership to your bestie, neighbor, partner, etc. Basically whatever membership YOU have, THEY will receive the same.

    All you need to do is determine WHO that lucky buddy is! Once you’ve decided, please fill out the form below & read the details. Form must be completed by 5/30 12pm CST.

AO Run Club

Love running? This Sunday, Coach Mari will be leading our run club and this session’s theme will be: Endurance! Starting at AO, we’ll warm up, practice our endurance pace, and cool down inside with our favorite thing- air conditioning. Don’t miss our monthly run club!

TRAVELING THIS SUMMER?

We’ve got you covered with our AO Online Program!

Enjoy 6 days / week of strength and conditioning programming that you can do from the comfort of your vacation home, Airbnb, or parent’s house (admit it, it’s okay).

Your program will be progressive, tracked, and true to AO’s program (aka awesome).

You can choose between:

  1. Travel Friendly (Ex: hotel equipment)

  2. Bodyweight (Ex: your body)

  3. Traditional Strength (Ex: full gym access)

You can also change your program preference at any point.

Interested in Personal Training + coach support for your program?

Check out our membership that offers 1 Personal Training session / month PLUS coach’s support and movement direction/modifications.

**Here’s a hot tip. If you plan to suspend your account for the summer, we’ll waive the fee and apply it to your online membership!
** After you purchase your membership, you’ll receive a consult form followed by access to your programs.
