  • NEW 30-Minute AO Speed Class!
    Short on time? Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30am for a fast, high-intensity session to kickstart your day.

  • AO Power More More More:
    Now at 7:30am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, instead of 8am on Tuesday / Thursdays. Start your week strong with the best mix of cardio + strength training.

  • Enrollment-Based Themed SGPTs:
    Customized, themed small group personal training sessions are now available by enrollment. Perfect for taking your training to the next level! Look below to find the first two weโ€™re launching in 2025! Kettlebell Strength + Pre/Postnatal!
