Build confidence and strength through progressive weight training tailored for all levels. This program focuses on proper form, movement patterns, and lifting fundamentals, ensuring that every participant develops stronger, more resilient muscles in a supportive, empowering environment.
🤰 Pre & Postnatal Strength (3/11 - 4/18)
Tues & Thurs @9 AM
A safe, effective, and expert-led strength training program for expecting and postpartum moms. Workouts are specifically designed to support core stability, pelvic floor health, and overall strength, making movement feel better throughout pregnancy and recovery.
