Let’s Talk About What You’re Training For & More Importantly...Why.

 🤔 I see goals walk into AO every day:

  • “I want to get stronger.”

  • “I want to feel better in my body.”

  • “I want to lose 10 lbs.”

  • “ I want to feel less pain.”

All valid. All achievable.
But here’s the thing—we rarely hit our goals if we don’t understand the real reason we want them.

💡 So let’s dig a little deeper... WHY do you want to feel stronger?

Is it confidence?

Is it so you don’t blow out your back when you’re making your bed?

Energy to show up better for your family?

Proving to yourself that you’re capable of more?

That emotional connection—that’s the thing.


More than the weight on the bar or the number on the scale, that’s what really drives change.

🚧 But even with clarity, there are still things that get in the way. Let’s name them.

Maybe it’s...

Inconsistency – You start strong… then life happens. You fall off, start again. It’s frustrating.


Overwhelm – You want to do it all—eat clean, lift heavy, sleep 8 hours—but where do you even start?
